I got to meet Senators Kerry and Edwards
Well, Thursday July 22 was an exciting day for me. I got to meet senators Kerry and Edwards when they arrived in Denver. I was one of the 16 people (all veterans) that met the planes when they landed.
Well, of course the press was there as well, but the "reception line" was 16 veterans.
It was raining and very windy so nobody was very photogenic at the time, but here are some shots of me greeting the senators.
